PAGASA

PAGASA stands for the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration. It is the national meteorological, geophysical, and astronomical agency of the Philippines and an agency under the Department of Science and Technology (DOST). Its mandate is to provide weather forecasts, severe weather warnings, climate data, and astronomical information to protect life and property and to support national development.
