Põhjustamisediagramm
Põhjustamisediagramm, known in English as a cause-and-effect diagram or Ishikawa diagram, is a visualization tool used to identify, explore, and display the potential causes of a specific problem or effect. It is named after its creator, Kaoru Ishikawa, a Japanese quality control expert. The diagram's structure resembles a fishbone, hence its common alternative name, the fishbone diagram.
