Owocnik is the Polish term for the fruiting body of a fungus, the multicellular structure that produces and releases spores. In broader mycological usage it corresponds to terms such as fruiting body, sporocarp, basidiocarp (in Basidiomycota) or ascocarp (in Ascomycota).
