Overstyling

Overstyling refers to the excessive application of styling products or techniques to hair, often resulting in a stiff, unnatural, or damaged appearance. This can manifest in various ways, such as hair feeling hard to the touch, losing its natural movement, or appearing dull and lifeless due to product buildup. Overstyling can also occur through the frequent use of heat styling tools like blow dryers, curling irons, and flat irons without adequate heat protection, leading to dryness, breakage, and split ends.
