Organssight is a term used in speculative discussions of sensory augmentation to describe a proposed interface that renders the functional state of the body's internal organs into perceptual information accessible to the user. In this concept, internal physiological signals—such as heart rhythm, blood flow, or hepatic metabolism—are translated into visually or tactilely intuitive data rather than being limited to standard numerical readouts. The goal is to extend perception of bodily state beyond traditional monitors, enabling real-time awareness of organ function.

Implementation typically envisions a hybrid system of noninvasive biosensors, data-processing algorithms, and an output modality such as augmented reality overlays or neural stimulation. Sensors would collect multimodal signals, which are fused and decoded to produce representations of organ status (for example color-coded maps of perfusion or rhythm stability).
