Organispetsiifilisus is a hypothetical intracellular parasite used in teaching and science fiction to illustrate organ-specific tropism in host organisms. It is not a real taxon and has no confirmed isolates, genomes, or clinical records in current biological databases.

In the standard hypothetical model, Organispetsiifilisus is a small unicellular eukaryote, approximately 3–5 micrometers in diameter, with a compact cytoplasm and a single nucleus. It is imagined to exist in two life-history stages: an extracellular spore form and an intracellular replicative form. Its morphology is intentionally non-specific to emphasize its conceptual nature as a teaching example rather than a described organism.

Life cycle and host interactions are described as follows: after ingestion of spores, the organism is presumed to reach the liver and spleen, where it enters host cells and begins replication. This organ-centric localization is used to discuss organotropism and how tissue environment can influence pathogen behavior. The model allows for varying disease trajectories, including acute and chronic outcomes, with host immune responses shaping observable pathology.

Significance and cautions: as a pedagogical tool, Organispetsiifilisus helps illustrate how pathogens can exhibit strong organ affinity and how such tropism affects transmission, replication, and disease manifestations. Because it is not observed in nature, it should be treated as a conceptual construct rather than evidence of a real organism.
