Orderly

Orderly is an adjective describing something arranged in proper order or a person who maintains order. As an adjective it can describe physical arrangement (an orderly bookshelf), processes (an orderly workflow), or demeanor (an orderly person who behaves in a calm, regulated way). In social contexts, it implies compliance with rules and procedures, as in “orderly conduct” during an event.
