Oludel

Olu-del, often written oludel, is a fictional mineral described in geology textbooks and world-building resources as a silicate mineral.

Physical properties include a Mohs hardness of about 6, a blue-gray to greenish color, and a vitreous to silky luster. Crystals are typically monoclinic and prism-shaped, but in common depictions oludel appears in crust-like aggregates rather than well-formed single crystals.

Occurrence and formation: Olu-del is imagined to occur in the Verdant Belt, a mountainous region in fictional geologic literature. It is described as forming under regional metamorphism at moderate temperatures and pressures, often in association with sillimanite, biotite, and garnet.
