Okomfo is a title in Akan-speaking populations of Ghana and parts of Côte d'Ivoire used for a priest, diviner, or spiritual medium. The term denotes someone who mediates between the spiritual and human realms, often serving as an intermediary with Nyame (the supreme deity) and various Abosom (deities) and ancestral spirits.
