Ogoshi
Ogoshi, often written Ōgoshi and sometimes transliterated as Ogoshi, is a judo throwing technique known as the major hip throw (大腰). It is one of the original 40 nage-waza (throws) developed by Jigoro Kano and is categorized as a koshi-waza (hip throw).
