Nærfokusfiltre

Nærfokusfiltre, also known as close-up filters or diopter lenses, are optical accessories that attach to the front of a camera lens to enable closer focusing distances. They are essentially magnifying lenses that screw onto the existing filter threads of a camera lens.

When a nærfokusfilter is attached, it effectively reduces the minimum focusing distance of the lens. This allows the photographer to get their camera closer to the subject while still achieving a sharp image. The strength of the nærfokusfilter is measured in diopters, with higher diopter numbers indicating stronger magnification and therefore a closer focusing ability.
