Notfallsanitäter
Notfallsanitäter are highly trained medical professionals in Germany responsible for providing emergency medical care in pre-hospital settings. They are the highest-ranking non-physician emergency medical personnel and have a broader scope of practice than their predecessors, Rettungssanitäter. The Notfallsanitäter training is a three-year vocational program that equips them with advanced diagnostic, therapeutic, and life-saving skills.
Their duties include assessing patients' medical conditions, administering medications, performing advanced airway management, initiating intravenous access,
