Nellanimale is a fictional town and regional center created for fantasy literature and tabletop role-playing settings. It is depicted as a coastal trading hub in the western coast of the imagined realm of Veridia, used across multiple works to illustrate maritime commerce and small-town life in a medieval-to-early-renaissance milieu.

Nellanimale sits at a natural harbor where the Nell River meets the Sable Sea, sheltered by low cliffs and the Sura Hills. The climate is temperate with mild summers and wet winters, supporting fisheries, orchards, and boat-building yards.

Its settlement tradition traces to a fishing village of uncertain date, growing into a regional market town that exchanged timber, salt, and wool with inland towns. In lore it endured a golden era under a coastal confederation before integrating into a larger Veridian polity.

In most depictions, Nellanimale is governed by a town council led by a mayor, with a magistrate overseeing judicial matters. The population is described as around 8,000 to 12,000, predominantly humans with small communities of sailors, artisans, and farmers.
