Thermal conductivity can also be enhanced, making materials more suitable for heat dissipation applications. The selection of the appropriate nanofiller depends on the desired properties of the final composite material and the compatibility between the nanofiller and the matrix. Dispersion of nanofillers within the matrix is a critical challenge, as poor dispersion can lead to agglomeration and negate the intended benefits. Techniques such as high-shear mixing, ultrasonication, and surface functionalization of nanofillers are employed to achieve uniform distribution.
