A målebånd, commonly known as a measuring tape or tape measure, is a flexible ruler used to measure distances or lengths. This essential tool consists of a ribbon made from materials such as steel, fiberglass, or cloth, marked with linear measurement units like centimeters, millimeters, inches, or feet. The ribbon is typically housed in a compact casing that allows for easy storage and transport.
