Multischalter
A Multischalter, also known as a multiswitch or distribution amplifier, is an electronic device used in satellite television reception systems. Its primary function is to distribute a satellite signal from a single satellite dish to multiple receivers or televisions within a building or household. The Multischalter takes the signal from a Universal LNB (Low-Noise Block downconverter) and splits it into individual outputs, each capable of feeding a separate set-top box.
