Mozgásanalízis

Mozgásanalízis, often translated as movement analysis, is a systematic process of observing, measuring, and evaluating human or animal movement. It involves breaking down complex actions into their fundamental components to understand the underlying biomechanics, kinematics, and kinetics. This analysis can be performed using various methods, including visual observation, video recording, and advanced motion capture technologies.

The primary goals of mozgásanalízis are to identify inefficiencies, potential causes of injury, and areas for improvement in performance. In sports, it helps athletes refine their technique, increase power, and reduce the risk of musculoskeletal issues. In rehabilitation and physiotherapy, it aids in diagnosing movement disorders, tracking recovery progress, and designing personalized treatment plans.
