MoSCoWeljárás refers to a conceptual framework for prioritizing project requirements, often used in software development and product management. The acronym MoSCoW stands for Must have, Should have, Could have, and Won't have. Each category represents a different level of importance or necessity for a given requirement.

"Must have" requirements are critical for the project's success. Without them, the product or service would be unusable or fail to meet its core objectives. "Should have" requirements are important but not essential. They add significant value and are desirable, but the project can still proceed without them, albeit with some compromise. "Could have" requirements are considered "nice to have." They are less important and can be included if time and resources permit, but their absence will not significantly impact the project's core functionality. Finally, "Won't have" requirements are those that are explicitly excluded from the current project scope, either because they are not feasible, not a priority, or would detract from the main goals.

The MoSCoW method helps stakeholders and teams to clearly define what is essential and what is optional, facilitating better planning, resource allocation, and expectation management. It promotes consensus and understanding about the scope of a project by providing a structured approach to requirement prioritization.
