Millivolteista

Millivolteista refers to millivolts, a unit of electric potential or voltage in the International System of Units (SI). The prefix "milli-" signifies one-thousandth, so one millivolt (mV) is equal to one-thousandth of a volt (V). This means that 1000 millivolts equal 1 volt. Millivolts are commonly used to express very small voltage differences or signals, particularly in fields such as electronics, biology, and measurement. For instance, in electronics, the output signals from sensors or integrated circuits are often in the millivolt range. In neuroscience, the electrical potentials generated by neurons, like action potentials, are typically measured in millivolts.
