Miljöetik

Miljöetik, or environmental ethics, is a branch of philosophy that studies the moral relationship between human beings and the environment. It explores the ethical questions arising from the human impact on the natural world and the moral status of non-human entities. Key questions in miljöetik include what obligations humans have towards nature, whether nature has intrinsic value beyond its usefulness to humans, and how we should resolve conflicts between human interests and environmental protection.
