Megbízatásból is a Hungarian legal term that translates to "on commission" or "by mandate." It signifies a relationship where one party, the mandator (megbízó), entrusts another party, the mandatory (megbízott), to perform a specific task or a series of tasks. This arrangement is typically contractual and governed by civil law principles. The core of a megbízatásból agreement lies in the mandatory acting in the best interest of the mandator and in accordance with their instructions.

The mandatory is generally expected to exercise reasonable care and diligence in carrying out the entrusted duties.
