Megalomania

Megalomania is a mental condition characterized by delusions of grandeur, an inflated sense of one's own importance, power, or knowledge. Individuals experiencing megalomania often believe they possess extraordinary abilities, wealth, or fame, even when there is no evidence to support these beliefs. Others might feel they have a special mission to change the world or possess unparalleled intellectual capacity.
