Mediátorys, also known as mediators, are individuals or organizations that facilitate communication and negotiation between conflicting parties to help them reach a mutually acceptable agreement. The role of a mediator is to act as an impartial third party, ensuring that both sides are heard and understood without imposing a solution. Mediators do not have the authority to make binding decisions but instead guide discussions to foster cooperation and resolve disputes amicably.
