Matterstandarden
Matterstandarden, commonly referred to as Matter, is an open, royalty-free standard for smart home devices designed to enable secure and seamless interoperability across brands and ecosystems. Developed by the Connectivity Standards Alliance (CSA), formerly the Zigbee Alliance, Matter consolidates multiple networking technologies into a single IP-based framework. Its aim is that devices from different manufacturers work together regardless of the control platform, such as Apple Home, Google Home, or Amazon Alexa.
