Massana

La Massana is a parish in the principality of Andorra, located in the western part of the country. It is one of Andorra’s seven parishes and sits within a mountainous landscape characteristic of the Pyrenees. The parish capital is the town of La Massana, which serves as the administrative center. The parish includes several villages and towns, among them Anyós, Sispony, Pal, Erts and the ski resort of Arinsal, which together form its populated area.

The economy of La Massana relies on tourism, services and some light industry, with winter sports being a major draw due to the Pal-Arinsal ski area, part of the Vallnord ski domain.
