Manteltemperaturen
Manteltemperaturen refers to the temperature of the Earth's mantle, the layer of hot, viscous rock between the Earth's crust and its core. The mantle extends from a depth of approximately 35 kilometers to 2,900 kilometers. The temperature of the mantle increases with depth, but it remains relatively constant in terms of heat transfer rates.
The temperature of the Earth's mantle is estimated to range from around 500 °C to 3000 °C.
Seismic tomography and laboratory experiments have provided a wealth of information on the temperature distribution within
