Magneettiviskat are currently in use in several countries around the world. The Shanghai Maglev Train in China is the fastest in the world, reaching speeds of up to 431 kilometers per hour. Other countries with maglev systems include Germany, Japan, and South Korea. The technology is also being explored for use in other applications, such as high-speed maglev trains for passenger transport and maglev launch systems for spacecraft.
