Maaülikooli

Maaülikooli, also known as the Estonian University of Life Sciences, is a public university located in Tartu, Estonia. It is the only university in Estonia that specializes in sustainable development and has a strong focus on agriculture, forestry, veterinary medicine, and environmental science.

The university traces its origins back to the Estonian Agricultural Academy, established in 1951. It gained university status in 2005, reflecting its expanded scope and academic offerings.
