MSlike is a term used to describe a group of neurological disorders that exhibit symptoms similar to those of multiple sclerosis (MS), but are caused by different underlying mechanisms. These conditions often mimic MS clinically, presenting with demyelination—where the protective covering of nerve fibers is damaged—leading to similar neurological deficits such as muscle weakness, vision problems, sensory disturbances, and coordination difficulties.
