Luftfritösen
Luftfritösen, commonly known in English as an air fryer, is a kitchen appliance that cooks food by circulating hot air around it. This process mimics the results of deep-frying by creating a crispy exterior but uses significantly less oil. The appliance typically consists of a heating element and a fan, which together generate intense heat and rapid air movement within a cooking chamber. Food is placed in a basket or tray, which is then inserted into the appliance. The hot air circulates, cooking the food evenly and producing a texture similar to that of fried items.
Air fryers offer a healthier alternative to traditional deep frying, as they require minimal to no oil
