Logistikapartnerite is the Estonian term for a network of external logistics service providers that collaborate with a company to manage the movement, storage, and handling of goods within a supply chain. The term covers third-party logistics providers (3PLs), freight forwarders, carriers, warehouse operators, contract manufacturers, and related IT and consulting partners, forming a coordinated logistics ecosystem.

They design and execute flows across procurement, production, and distribution, offering services such as transportation management, warehousing, inventory management, order fulfillment, customs clearance, packaging, and reverse logistics. Digital integration through systems like WMS, TMS, and EDI enables visibility and coordination across partners.

Partnerships take several forms, including 3PL arrangements that operate specific tasks, 4PL models that coordinate multiple providers, and specialized partners for last-mile or cross-border needs. Governance is typically built on written agreements and key performance indicators (KPIs) that drive performance and accountability.
