Lipaasitasot

Lipasitasot, in Finnish firearms terminology, refers to the maximum number of rounds a magazine can hold. The term is used in discussions of firearm design, regulation, and licensing, and distinguishes magazine capacity from the mechanical or loaded state of the weapon.

Capacity is determined by magazine type and platform. Detachable box magazines, internal fixed magazines, and tubular magazines have different geometries and feed mechanisms that constrain capacity.
