Liftmérések, or lift measurements, refer to the systematic testing and evaluation of elevators to ensure their safe and efficient operation. These measurements are crucial for maintenance, compliance with safety regulations, and troubleshooting any performance issues.

The process typically involves a series of tests conducted by qualified technicians. These tests can include measuring the speed of the elevator car, its acceleration and deceleration, and the accuracy of its floor leveling. Door operation is also thoroughly checked, including the speed of opening and closing, as well as the effectiveness of safety edges and sensors.

Braking systems are a critical focus of liftmérések. Technicians will test the responsiveness and reliability of the main brakes and any emergency braking mechanisms to ensure they can stop the car safely under various conditions.
