They may include hypothetical, comparative, or evaluative dimensions, and they typically invite analysis, synthesis, and application.

Examples include: What factors shape X in context Y? How do different perspectives influence assessments of Z? What counts as evidence for a given claim? What would an equitable solution look like, and why?
