Larmcentralen is a Swedish incident management and emergency response service. The name translates to "Emergency Center" in English, where the Swedish word "larm" is a noun that refers to an alarm or emergency. Established in 1994, it operates as a state-owned company under the Swedish government's direction.

The service is a centralized, government-funded system designed for the purpose of managing, coordinating, and responding to a wide array of critical incidents ranging from public health crises, natural disasters, and severe accidents to intentional emergencies, such as terror threats. A key function is serving as a national hub for coordinating emergency response efforts.

Emergency situations are reported to Larmcentralen by numerous dispatchers working in Sweden's regional emergency services, police, ambulance services, and transportation authorities. Larmcentralen processes the reports, assesses the situation, and connects the parties involved to relevant resources, including emergency responders and national authorities.
