Lammonsäilytys, a Finnish term, refers to the practice of storing or preserving lemons. This can encompass various methods, from simple refrigeration to more involved techniques aimed at extending the fruit's shelf life or altering its flavor.

Refrigeration is the most common method for lammonsäilytys. Whole, unblemished lemons can be kept in the crisper drawer of a refrigerator for several weeks.
