Ländryggslordos, often referred to as lumbar lordosis, is a natural inward curvature of the lumbar spine. This curve is a normal part of the human spinal structure and plays a crucial role in maintaining posture and allowing for movement. The degree of this inward curve can vary significantly between individuals. An excessive lumbar lordosis, where the inward curve is more pronounced than usual, is sometimes referred to as an exaggerated lordosis or swayback.
