Lämmönsäätöventtiilien
Lämmönsäätöventtiilit, often translated as thermostatic radiator valves or TRVs, are self-regulating valves that control the temperature of individual rooms or heating emitters. They are a key component in modern hydronic heating systems, allowing for precise temperature control in different areas of a building. A typical lämmönsäätöventtiili consists of a valve body and a thermostatic head. The thermostatic head contains a sealed element filled with a temperature-sensitive fluid. As the room temperature rises, the fluid expands, pushing a pin that closes the valve. Conversely, as the temperature drops, the fluid contracts, allowing the pin to retract and the valve to open, thus releasing more hot water to the radiator or heating circuit.
The primary function of lämmönsäätöventtiilit is to maintain a desired room temperature without manual adjustment. This
