Krossfader is a term commonly used in electronic music production and DJing, referring to the crossfader. The crossfader is a type of volume control, typically found on DJ mixers, that allows a DJ to smoothly blend or transition between two or more audio sources. It usually takes the form of a horizontal slider that moves from one side to the other, controlling the volume of each channel independently. When the crossfader is fully to the left, only the left channel (or source A) is audible. When it is fully to the right, only the right channel (or source B) is audible.
