Kronotyyppia

Kronotyyppia is a Finnish term that translates to "chronotype" in English. It refers to an individual's natural inclination to sleep and wake at certain times during a 24-hour period. Essentially, it describes a person's internal biological clock and how it influences their sleep-wake cycle. Chronotypes are often categorized into broad groups such as "morning larks," who prefer to wake early and are most alert in the morning, and "night owls," who tend to go to bed late and are more productive in the evening. There are also intermediate chronotypes.
