Kritinos
Kritinos is a genus of small, arboreal lizards belonging to the family Gekkonidae. These geckos are native to the islands of the Lesser Antilles in the Caribbean. The genus was first described by the American herpetologist Edward H. Taylor in 1976. Kritinos lizards are characterized by their slender bodies, large eyes, and distinctive toe pads which allow them to climb vertical surfaces with ease. Their coloration typically consists of cryptic patterns of brown and grey, providing camouflage against tree bark and foliage.
