Kontraktuesit

Kontraktuesit, also known as contract workers or freelancers, are individuals who work on a contractual basis rather than being employed by a single company on a permanent basis. They are often hired for specific projects or tasks and are not entitled to the same benefits as permanent employees, such as health insurance, retirement plans, or paid vacation. Kontraktuesit typically have more flexibility in their work schedules and can choose which projects they want to take on. However, this flexibility also means they may experience less job security and may need to constantly seek new work. The term "kontraktuesit" is often used in countries where the labor market is characterized by a high number of contract workers, such as Albania, Kosovo, and other countries in the Balkans.
