Kontekststilist
Kontekststilist is a term used in Norwegian sociolinguistics and discourse studies to describe the practice or phenomenon of adjusting linguistic style to fit the surrounding context. A kontekststilist modulates various linguistic resources—lexicon, syntax, tone, formality, and discourse features—to match audience, purpose, genre, and medium.
