Kloriidia

Kloriidia is a type of streptococcal pathogen, a genus of bacteria that causes various infections in humans and animals. These bacteria are typically found in the throat and nasal passages of healthy individuals, but under certain conditions, they can infect the body and cause disease.

The name "kloriidia" is a variant of "staphylococcus," which refers to the shape of the bacteria. Kloriidia are gram-positive cocci, meaning they appear as round shapes under a microscope and respond to Gram staining by retaining the purple dye, indicating a thick peptidoglycan layer in their cell walls.
