Kishangarh

Kishangarh is a city and a municipality in the Ajmer district of the Indian state of Rajasthan. It is located in the Ajmer district, approximately 25 kilometers (16 miles) northeast of Ajmer city. The city is situated on the Jaipur-Ajmer National Highway, making it well-connected by road.

Historically, Kishangarh was founded in 1611 by Kishan Singh, the younger son of Raja Udai Singh of Marwar. The city's architecture reflects its Rajput heritage, with several notable landmarks. The Kishangarh Fort, also known as the communication fort, is a prominent structure overlooking the city. The city is also known for its unique marble craftsmanship and is a significant center for marble production and trade in India.
