Khardung
Khardung, commonly referred to as Khardung La, is a high mountain pass in the Ladakh region of India, situated in the Leh district. It forms a connection between the town of Leh and the Nubra Valley, crossing the Karakoram range and the Shyok basin. The pass lies at an elevation of about 5,359 meters (17,582 feet) above sea level, making it one of the highest drivable passes in the world.
