Kesselwagen

The vehicle consists of a cylindrical tank mounted on a wheeled undercarriage, with end domes, access hatches, valves, and safety fittings. Tanks may be simple or insulated, and some are designed to be pressurized for gases or coated and lined to handle aggressive chemicals. Materials used include steel and stainless steel, chosen for chemical compatibility, corrosion resistance, and strength.
