Karazin

V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, commonly referred to as Karazin University or simply Karazin, is a prestigious higher education institution located in Kharkiv, Ukraine. Founded in 1805 by Tsar Alexander I, it is one of the oldest universities in Eastern Europe and holds the distinction of being the first university established in the Russian Empire outside of Moscow and Saint Petersburg.
