Kaasõigus

Kaasõigus, a term originating from Estonian law, refers to a form of property ownership where multiple individuals or entities hold co-ownership of a single property. This means that the property is not divided into separate physical units for each owner, but rather each co-owner possesses an undivided share of the entire property. This share represents a specific percentage or fraction of the property's total value and rights associated with it.

In a kaasõigus situation, all co-owners have equal rights to use and enjoy the common property, subject to any agreements they have made amongst themselves.
