Küülikuliigid

Küülikuliigid refers to the various species and breeds of rabbits. Rabbits are small mammals belonging to the family Leporidae, which also includes hares. While there is one wild rabbit species, the European rabbit (Oryctolagus cuniculus), the term "küülikuliigid" often encompasses the numerous domesticated breeds that have been developed from this single wild ancestor. These domesticated breeds vary significantly in size, shape, color, and fur type.

Domestic rabbit breeds are broadly categorized by their size. These include giant breeds like the Flemish Giant, large breeds such as the Rex and Californian, medium breeds like the Dutch and English Spot, and small breeds like the Netherland Dwarf and Polish.
